Please read this agreement carefully before using the AUTrading.co.uk website. The agreement represents the terms and conditions for using and placing orders on AUTrading.co.uk. Use of the site indicates that you have both read and accepted the terms and conditions as stated below.

AU Trading LLC reserves the right to change the terms and conditions without notice.

1. Use Of AUTrading.co.uk

1.1 We may change, suspend or discontinue AUTrading.co.uk or the provision of products under the AUTrading.co.uk website at any time.

1.2 You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining any equipment or ancillary services required to connect to, access or otherwise use the website, including, without limitation, modems, hardware, software, and long distance or local telephone service(s).

1.3 Our minimum order is currently £50 GBP.

2. Account Registration

2.1 In order to use AUTrading.co.uk, to place orders and to receive products via the website, you must:

Be at least 18 years of age.
Have a UK or EU domiciled bank account.

Provide information as requested in accordance with anti money laundering and KYC (Know Your Client) regulations.

2.2 Information provided during the account signup procedure must be accurate and complete. Should there be any changes to your personal information, we require notification within 14 working days.

3. Prices and Payment

3.1 AUTrading.co.uk uses a live pricing system provided by Xignite.com; all prices quoted on the site are subject to market change. When you confirm your order through our website, you are contractually obligated to complete the sale.

3.2 Goods will not be released or dispatched until AU Trading LLC is in receipt of cleared funds via bank transfer.

3.3 AU Trading LLC will accept payment via bank transfer only. No requests for Letters of Credit, payment upon delivery, payment via cheque or any other payment methods will be entertained due to the high value and nature of the products being sold.

4. Order Process

4.1 Orders may only be placed through AUTrading.co.uk directly – We do not currently accept orders over the telephone.

4.2 Details provided which each order must be accurate and correct.

4.3 All orders will be confirmed by email within a few minutes of being placed.

4.4 Your order is an offer to purchase bullion from us, which is subject to our acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel any order where payment has not been received within two working days. Should we refuse an order for any reason whatsoever, your funds will be returned to you in full within two business days.

4.5 All orders are subject to price verification, payment and stock availability. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our sole discretion.

4.6 If the products ordered are not available, you will be notified by AUTrading.co.uk via email using the contact details you have provided and you will have the option either to:

(i) wait until the products are available from stock.
(ii) cancel your order without penalty.

(iii) select an alternate item which is available of the same value.

5. Delivery

5.1 Delivery will be made to the address specified by you when you place your order. We cannot deliver to P.O Box addresses. We dispatch our orders using either UPS, USPS, Federal Express (FedEx) or Royal Mail Special Delivery. Orders are dispatched on working days only between Monday and Thursday. We do not dispatch goods on or the day before public holidays or weekends.

5.2 All shipments are insured and underwritten by Lloyds Of London up to the value of £20,000 GBP (or currency equivalent) per package. When goods are shipped, we will provide tracking information via email within one business day. It is up to the buyer to ensure that they are present at the address for the delivery and to sign for the goods in person. Claims arising from packages being signed for by an individual unknown to the buyer or other circumstances involving any other third party at the delivery address are at the buyers’ risk. All claims are subject to acceptance and settlement by our underwriters. A copy of our policy is available upon request.

5.3 International shipments may be subject to inspection by the post office, HM Customs or FedEx. We cannot guarantee that 'sealed' items will be delivered 'sealed' as they may be opened for inspection. 

6. Buy Back

6.1 The buy back calculator offers an estimate of price received if products are sold to us. It is not a contract or guarantee of any sort.

6.2 The customer must submit information regarding the products he or she wishes to sell by email and must receive written notification that AU Trading LLC has accepted his or her offer before any products should be posted.

6.3 It is up to the customer to insure that his or her items are insured during transport, as AU Trading LLC’s transportation insurance only covers items being dispatched by us.

6.4 AU Trading LLC will pay for the items via UK bank transfer within one working day after the items have been received and inspected.

7. Cancellation

7.1. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our sole discretion.

7.2 The right for the buyer to cancel under the Distance Selling regulations (where applicable) does NOT apply because the goods we supply are dependent on fluctuations in the financial market and are therefore exempt from the right to cancel. Customers may be liable to a cancellation fee of 30 GBP and any market price difference in the underlying commodity in case of default.

8. Privacy Policy

8.1 We will not use the personal data which you provide to us other than in accordance with our Privacy Policy which can be accessed by clicking on the hyperlink at the bottom of every page of the website.

9. Liability

9.1 Use of AUTrading.co.uk is at your sole risk. The contents of AUTrading.co.uk and any goods or services that you acquire from AUTrading.co.uk are provided to you as is without any warranties included, expressed or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including any warranties of merchantability, non-infringement and use for particular purpose. In particular, we make no warranty that the content of the website is error-free and timely with all updates.

9.2 We will not be liable for damages of any kind, including those resulting from the inability to use AUTrading.co.uk, from goods or services acquired from AUTrading.co.uk or from any content posted on AUTrading.co.uk by us or anyone else. We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages of any kind, including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, use, data or other intangibles, even if we have been advised of such possibility of damages.

10. General

10.1 Users of this Site acknowledge, understand and agree that all aspects related to the use of AUTrading.co.uk are governed by the laws of Great Britain without regard to its conflicts of laws principles.
